New Small Wineries on the Big Stage 2024 - Georgian Wine Festival on Mtatsminda

On October 19th, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the "Underwheel" club in Mtatsminda Park, one of the year’s most outstanding wine festivals, New Small Wineries on the Big Stage 2024, will be held. The event, supported by the National Wine Agency as part of the Harvest season, will host wine lovers, sommeliers, and professionals throughout the day.

"The main goal of the festival is to introduce, foster love for, and promote the development of wines from new small wineries. Visitors will be welcomed with a lot of wine, music, and a great atmosphere," notes Natia Gachechiladze.

This festival, initiated by the Wine Club, was first held in 2016, with 17 wineries participating. This year, 47 small wineries will be represented, reflecting the festival's growth and the rising popularity of Georgian wine.

The unique charm of the festival lies in the diverse range of wines, where guests will have the opportunity not only to taste the latest wines but also to meet winemakers in person and learn more about the wines they enjoy.
