Aragvispiri Wine Cellar

The story of Aragvispiri wine cellar began in 2010 with a love for wine and culinary arts. The first wine was exactly corked then. The desires that emerged from the pandemic did not hesitate and today guests enjoy themselves with dedication.

Celebrate the cheerful Saturday-Sunday when you want to be close to Tbilisi.

Complex of wine cellar, restaurant and now hotel – each member of the family has roles and responsibilities divided equally and together they create a cozy atmosphere. Even upon entering the yard, you will be greeted by Sophie that carries a positive message. The first tour is wine cellar, where you will discover Chinuri from Kartli Region, Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane from Kakheti region. The goal is to produce interesting and diverse wines of Georgia. They believe that wine is considered energy that is transmitted from the earth, through the vine to the grapes and is shared with others.

After the wine tasting ritual, gastronomic journeys await, where seasonal and local products will impress you with prepared dishes. Trust me, during this time, the appearance of the dining table will implement the possibilities of your culinary recipes.

“Our recent challenge is that to show more possibilities of wine tasting notes and to combine wine with good dishes and positive vibes,” says Sophie Jokhadze.
